CBBC Mailing List
(Columbia Basin Bass Club)


Purpose:

The CBBC mailing list (Columbia Basin Bass Club mailing list) was setup to facilitate easier communication between and with members of CBBC. This is a subscriber only list available to members of CBBC and potential members. All mailing list subscribers must obey the list rules or they can be removed and/or banned from posting to the list by the moderator.


Subscribing to the List:

If you wish to join the mailing list simply use the form at the bottom of this page to do so.


Posting to the CBBC Mailing List:

To send messages to the CBBC mailing list you send an email containing your message to Club@list.columbiabasinbassclub.com. A few things to know about posting messages to the mailing list are:

  • Only subscribers are able to post messages (subscriber only list).
  • Only the list moderator has access to the full list of subscribers and their email addresses (restricted review command).
  • Messages posted to the list must be 50 kilobytes in size or smaller (This helps prevent people from sending subscribers a virus).
  • Please observe proper mailing list etiquette including not sending messages that contain material that may be offensive to other list members.
  • No Posting of commercial content to the mailing list (AKA UCE or SPAM). In otherwords don't use the list to try to sell something. Use the classified Ads section for that.
  • If you ever have problems with how the CBBC mailing list works just send an email to the list moderator or directly to the list with your question.


You can use this page to perform maintenance on your subscription to the CBBC Mailing List.
First, we need your email address to perform any action because the response will be sent to that address. If you are a subscriber to the mailing list your email address is required to validate that you are allowed to perform subscriber only functions.

ALL the following actions are subscriber only actions.

Subscription modification actions (Default subscription setting are marked with a D):

DIGEST mode. Receive only a periodic email that contains a group of emails that were sent to the list.
MAIL mode. Receive each individual message that is sent to the list. D

INACTIVE mode. Don't receive ANY messages. (Vacation mode)
ACTIVE mode. Receive messages normally. D

ACKN mode. Receive acknowledgements of messages to the list.
NOACKN mode. No acknowledgements of messages. D

NOREPRO mode. Don't receive your own messages.
REPRO mode. Receive your own messages to the list. D
